Thanks to its high smoothness and coordinated back-side smoothness, it is ideal for use in laser printers and copiers.Adhesive materialsare ready-made composites consisting of three main components.5

6 When labels have to withstand outdoor conditions!• Durable film-based label material: High tear and abrasion resistance: the labels made of polyethylene, polyester, or polypropylene remain intact even under mechanical stress and are therefore ideal for use in production, logistics, and laboratories – both indoors and outdoors. • Weatherproof label material including BS 5609 Section Two: The labels guarantee permanent adhesion even under extreme environmental influences. Neither severe weather nor prolonged wetness affects their adhesive strength. Even when exposed to salt water, the adhesion remains reliable.This means they meet the requirements for demanding weather conditions, including maritime applications. • Temperature-resistant after application: -30 °C to +80 °C (minimum) The labels guarantee reliable adhesion during cooling and heating processes – they do not come off in deep-freeze areas or hot storage areas. The polyethylene film labels can even withstand temperatures from -40 °C to +150 °C. • Strong adhesion and solvent-free: The acrylic-based adhesive ensures long-term reliable labeling without emitting harmful vapors – permanently safe and harmless to health. • Food-safe adhesive contents for safe use: All adhesive ingredients comply with FDA 21 CFR 175.105. This means the labels are safe for indirect food contact and can be used directly on packaging – confirmed by ISEGA certificate.6Wind and weather labels
